About Me

I look at psychotherapy as a process of self-exploration to gain an understanding of how thoughts, words and actions can affect the individual and relationships connected with the individual. Reflecting on one's thoughts, words and actions can hopefully lead to a fuller and more enriched life. Over the years many individuals and couples have attained this understanding and self-reflection.

My endeavour to create a safe, neutral and non-judgemental space for my clients and I welcome individuals from all ethnicities, cultural and religious backgrounds. Having lived and worked in four major countries of the world has enriched my understanding of different cultures and ethnicities. I have left behind a successful career of advertising to help people understand and appreciate their self and their relationships.

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT).
